LET’S GO GOLF 2-PERSON SCRAMBLE RULES
This is a 9-hole, 2-Person Scramble. Each team plays one ball per shot, choosing the best shot between the two players and both hitting from that spot until the ball is holed. One team score per hole is recorded.
Teams have been paired to match skill levels and encourage a fun mentor/learner experience.
ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN
Please arrive at the course 20–30 minutes prior to your tee time to stretch and warm up.
Check in at the first tee 10 minutes before your scheduled tee time.
CADDIES & SPECTATORS
No caddies allowed at any level for this round. Players are encouraged to lean on each other for support and advice as teammates.
Push carts are allowed. No riding carts permitted for players.
Spectators are encouraged! Please stay off the fairways, behind players, and to the side or back of greens.
Spectators may not give club or playing advice. They can assist with finding lost balls, encourage players, help discuss rules, and assist with score confirmation if needed.
RULES & SCORING
Teams must select the best shot after each stroke and both hit from that location. Continue this process until the ball is holed.
Maximum score is 10 shots per hole. If your team reaches 10, please pick up and move on.
One player in each group will be designated to keep the official team scorecard.
After the round, scores must be double-checked, totaled, signed by both players, and turned in to the tournament director.
Incorrect scores may result in disqualification, so accuracy matters!
TIEBREAKERS
In the case of a tie, we will compare team scores starting with Hole #1. If still tied, we’ll go hole by hole until a winner is determined.
REMINDERS
Play fair, stay positive, and encourage your teammate!
If you’re unsure about a rule, refer to the LGGC Rules Cheat Sheet (provided at the first tee) or discuss it with your group.
Shake hands and thank your playing partners at the end of the round!
Most importantly, have fun and we hope to see you next year!
